Located in the heart of bustling Potts Point, Busshari Authentic Japanese Restaurant represents the essence of Japanese cuisine: simplicity, freshness and creativity. Busshari’s decor is soft-lighting and ambient creating a sophisticated yet welcoming feel. Busshari’s interior features ebony tiles, charcoal pebbled walls, smokey mirrors and tall Tasmanian oak dining tables along with a slender sushi counter.

Busshari opened in 2006 and specialises in Japanese authenticity of simple but delicate sashimi and sushi. Nobuyuki Ito, the Executive Chef of Busshari fuses original flavours together in order to create unique, flavoursome dishes which are elevated by his creative presentation.
